LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A long-awaited day has finally arrived for rock fans in the Commonwealth: Louder Than Life officially unveiled the full lineup for its four-day music festival. Featuring headliners including Korn, Metallica and Nine Inch Nails, the festival will be held September 23-26.

Heralded as one of the largest rock festivals in the U.S., Louder Than Life was canceled last year due to COVID-19. But it's poised to make a loud, triumphant return to the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center this September. Tickets are on sale now.

The sixth iteration of the festival will feature over 60 music acts on three stages over its four-day run. Fans will be able to enjoy plenty of bourbons, craft beer and some of Louisville's finest grub.
Korn and Staind are at the top of the bill for Thursday, with Metallica hosting one of two unique sets on Friday after Jane's Addiction and Rise Against rock the stage. The festival has a little something for a variety of fans Saturday – you can catch Snoop Dogg and Machine Gun Kelly before the evening's headliner, Nine Inch Nails.
Kentucky natives Knocked Loose are set to perform on Thursday.
Fans on Facebook and Twitter expressed excitement for the announcement. "Looking at this lineup, I could cry happy tears," one user wrote on Twitter.
"Not thrilled, but still happy. A lot of bands I don't know. Time to broaden the horizons I suppose," another wrote on Facebook.
Tickets can be purchased online for as low as $20 down for general admission. VIP packages are also available.
