KENTUCKY — This morning's weather created some issues, wrecks included, for commuters. Road conditions could worsen throughout the day with a significant icing event expected to unfold for central and southern Kentucky by this evening. From the Western and Blue Grass Parkways south to the Tennessee border, continous freezing rain that will lead to dangerous driving conditions is expected.
