LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Bowman Field Driver Testing Facilitiy has closed due to a staff member's positive coronavirus diagnosis, Kentucky State Police (KSP) announced on Twitter.

The facility will be closed Monday, Nov. 23 through Friday, Nov. 27, and KSP said it would provide an update on a reopening date later this week. 

KSP staff will contact those who scheduled tests about rescheduling.

The closure of the facility comes just weeks after seven Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) driver license offices closed due to their own COVID-19 cases. Last week, five of the offices reopened while two remain closed.
