LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Now that a majority of Library employees are back at work, the Louisville Free Public Library (LFPL) is expanding its curbside pick-up hours to include some evenings and Saturdays at all 17 locations. The specific hours vary branch and can be found online or by calling (502) 574-1611.

If you want to use LFPL's curbside service, you must first place items on hold in the online catalog. You'll then receive an email or phone notification that the items are ready, but you'll be required to first call (502) 574-1611 to schedule a pick-up time. At the pick-up time, follow the directions placed on signage at the pick-up location. The service is no-contact, so library staff will place the materials in a plastic bag and directly in your vehicle. For patrons without cars, there will be a designated table for pick-up that you can walk up to. Library staff will wear masks.

Materials can be returned via the Library's book drops on days of operation. The materials will then be quarantined for a minimum of 72 hours before being processed to ensure safety.
