LOUISVILLE, Ky. — You won't have to bake in the summer heat and humidity to enjoy Homearama 2020.

The Building Industry Association of Greater Louisville (BIAGL) announced it is canceling the in-person homes tour and instead will offer Homearama virtually.

Beginning July 20, you can take virtual tours of nine homes in Norton Commons.

“For more than 50 years, the BIA of Greater Louisville has hosted Homearama and we’ll continue to do so this year, just in a modified format,” explained BIAGL Executive Vice President, Juva Barber. “While Homearama won’t be in person this year, you’ll still be able to see the hard work of our members and the latest design trends by taking the virtual tours of each of these nine beautiful homes at bialouisville.com/signature-events/homearama beginning July 20, 2020.”

The decision to cancel the in-person tours was BIAGL's need to follow health guidelines and keep everyone safe.

All nine homes for Homearama 2020 are already sold and BIAGL says Homearama 2021 will return to the in-person format and will once again be in Norton Commons.

Charles Osborn III, managing director of Norton Commons said, “For 2021, we’re working with our great team of builders and designers to prepare another stunning park setting site in this award-winning community.”
