Louisville, KY- When it comes to being an expert in your field NBC Sports analyst Donna Barton Brothers is as accomplished as they come.  The retired jockey is probably as close to the action as any reporter can get during the Kentucky Derby.  On Wednesday Brothers sat on a panel discussing, "Safety in Thoroughbred Horse Racing." The topic for the monthy "Louisville Forum,"  was set weeks before the running of the 145th Kentucky Derby and as the racing world witnessed, "safety" is the reason Maximum Sercuirty was ultimately disqualified.  The decision elevated Country House to the winning position.  Brothers says it was the right call and describes the race and infraction as she experienced it firsthand.
