PREVIOUS STORY:

An Amber Alert has been issued for 16-year-old Lauryn Sizemore of Dawson Springs, Kentucky. Police say she was last seen at approximately midnight on March 30, 2019 inside her bedroom.

Dawson Springs Police say Lauryn's mother noticed her missing at about 9:30 on the morning on March 30th.

Investigators believe she is in the company of her step-grandfather, 55-year-old Glenn Eugene Harper.

Police say that Harper told friends that he was going to Texas, where he has family in Houston.

The pair may be in a maroon, 2004 Hyundai Sonata with a temporary tag, number 9555994.
