LOUISVILLE, Ky --- The man accused of fatally shooting two African-Amercian people at a Louisville grocery store has plead not guilty to federal hate crimes.
Gregory Bush entered the plea Monday in U.S. District Court. He already plead not guilty to state charges in the October 24 murders of Maurice Stallard and Vickie Lee Jones.
U.S. Atorney Russell Coleman did not say if he has recommended seeking the death penalty in the case.
