KENTUCKY —  This week we’re celebrating the women who have made historic leaps in their industries.

During this In Focus Kentucky segment, Jordan Grantz travels to the city of Bowling Green to meet up with the first female executive, at one of Kentucky’s professional sports teams.

The McKinsey International Institute found if women were participating in the workforce identically to men, the annual global GDP in 2025, would increase by 26% – or about $28 trillion dollars.
