LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Derby Day is officially here, and celebrations are abundant in the Commonwealth.

Bets are flying and mint juleps are flowing at Churchill Downs as a limited number of fans are allowed at the track this year. Last year's Derby, postponed for months due to COVID-19, didn't allow any fans on site.
