New York state officials have told the Trump administration that they will not comply with its demands to end diversity, equity and inclusion practices in public schools, despite the administration's threats to terminate federal education funding.

JoDee Kenney sat down with Assemblyman Bill Magnarelli to talk about a bill he has been championing in the state legislature that would close a current loophole. According to Magnarelli, to be arrested and charged with drugged driving in New York state, you have to be pulled over, an officer has to know you are impaired and know the exact drug you are taking, and that drug has to be on a list. If any of those things are missing, the driver walks.
