The National Weather Service in Southern California issued a red flag warning because of the strong Santa Ana winds expected to hit the region this week. 

Emergency responders around the region are bracing for wildfires to break out.

Pasadena Fire Chief Chad Augustin and other local firefighters are prepared to help the public, and respond to any area around Southern California where their assistance might be needed.
