UPLAND, Calif. — The Upland Lemon Festival began in 1997. 

The free, multi-day event in the Inland Empire takes over Upland's historic downtown with live entertainment, activities, carnival rides, food, hundreds of vendors and, of course, everything lemon.

Here are the hours of the festival:

• Friday, 3-11 p.m.
• Saturday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
• Sunday, 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
