LOS ANGELES — The annual Whale Fiesta will take place at the Cabrillo Marine Aquarium in San Pedro this Sunday.

The event is free and kicks off whale-watching season, as the festival celebrates the mammals' migration.

The family-friendly day is filled with exhibits and activities, along with different booths with organizations that are focused on marine awareness.

The aquarium is the largest collection of Southern California marine life in the world.
