BURBANK, Calif. — In a Burbank City Council meeting that lasted until 1 a.m., the city of Burbank decided to move forward with Metro’s North Hollywood to Pasadena Bus Rapid Transit Corridor project.
Metro says the project is part of its plan for better transit, improving access to jobs, education and other important destinations.
Those in favor of the project say improved public transportation means better air quality and safety, but those against it say it will only cause more issues with traffic and parking.
