LOS ANGELES — When Palos Verdes takes the field on Saturday, they will do so in their first ever state championship game against 12 Bridges of Northern California.

Even though it has been a dream season and exciting time for the school, it has also been a long grind because the high school players have never gone through a 16 game season.
