LOS ANGELES — Dr. Carrie Hastings is the Los Angeles Rams’ team psychologist. She began working with the team in 2018, helping to usher in more mental health care across the NFL.

Partly because of Hastings and the Rams, the league and NFL Players Association now require every team have mental health professional staff.
