SIMI VALLEY, CA — At the 19th annual LA Sports Awards this week, stars converged to celebrate the year’s top athletic achievements while also benefiting Ready, Set, Gold!, a pivotal program fostering active lifestyles among Southern California’s youth.

The event not only spotlighted sports excellence but also contributed significantly to this initiative, which partners with Olympians and Paralympians such as Cody Jones to mentor over 50,000 children across 130 schools.

Notably, 84% of these schools are Title I institutions, underscoring the program’s impact on underserved communities.
