The 1960s saw an explosion of the pop-art movement, which still resonates with collectors from around the world. One of the most popular and collected artists of our time calls Los Angeles home.

Since Ed Ruscha arrived there in 1956, LA has been his muse. And now, until Oct. 6, you can see a major exhibition of his work that takes up an entire floor at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.

Vintage LA's Alison Martino recently visited the show at the LACMA and had an amazing conversation with the legendary artist.
