PALMDALE, Calif. — When you think of Mexican food, tacos, burritos and quesadillas may come to mind. But what about egg rolls?

One food truck is putting Mexican favorites such as flan and carnitas into an egg roll before frying them and topping with homemade sauces.

Paco’s Mexican Egg Rolls is parked at Transplants Brewing Company every Thursday at 40242 La Quinta Lane in Palmdale.
