COSTA MESA, Calif. — A Singapore restaurant chain has opened its first U.S. location in Southern California.

Paradise Dynasty serves traditional, authentic Chinese cuisine from different regions. The star of the menu is the rainbow xiao long bao or soup dumplings in various colors and flavors.
