Los Angeles Police Department Chief Michel Moore discussed the department’s mental health outreach services on “Your Monning.”

Moore also discussed the ACLU’s lawsuit challenging Gov. Gavin Newsom’s CARE Court program, the demonization of police across the country and the wellness of the LAPD’s personnel, as well as the exposure of undercover officers.
