LOS ANGELES — With a day until Election Day, Latino community organizations across the nation are doubling down on efforts to drive voter turnout.

Locally, some organizations are door-knocking in neighborhoods, others phone banking targeting eligible voters and advocates are working around the clock to connect with those who may have felt overlooked.

Their mission is clear: Ensure that every Latino voice is heard, especially those who have historically been hesitant to cast their ballots.

Organizers such as Andre and Maria, who have spent weeks connecting with potential voters, know the power of even one more vote — and they’re determined to keep pushing until the very last minute.
