EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — In an Oval Office address Wednesday night, President Joe Biden made history, not only passing the torch and endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris, but also saying he’s putting the country before himself.

Many Democrats call this true leadership, while former President Donald Trump called the speech “so bad” and an “embarrassment.”
