BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — A survivor of the Nova music festival massacre, Natalie Sanandaji, shared her experiences at an antisemitism summit in Beverly Hills, hosted by the Combat Antisemitism Movement organization.

Sanandaji, who lost hundreds of peers in the Oct. 7 Hamas attack, said she still feels unsafe as a Jewish person in public spaces.

LA County’s annual hate crime report revealed a 91% rise in anti-Jewish hate crimes last year, marking the highest number on record.

Summit leaders emphasized the urgency of standing against hate and making communities safer for all.
