LOS ANGELES — The supply chain is adapting to meet demand and sending out ripples well past the ports.
Because of an executive order from the governor, a truck yard popped up in West Athens near homes.
“I don’t think they would do something like this in Beverly Hills,” Yolanda Mims, a homeowner in the area, said.
Several elected officials are responding to complaints from people living near the lot.
Caltrans said they will review concerns.
To submit a complaint, fill out a customer service request online or contact the district office at D7.Inquiries@dot.ca.gov or call 213-897-3656.
