SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. – While there are many programs to help kids with special needs do things like get out on the ocean, there aren’t many focusing on their siblings.
Siblings says sometimes they feel in second place because of the care and attention needed to help their brother or sister.

A program in Orange County is making siblings of special needs children the priority and focusing on helping them feel special.
