LOS ANGELES — To commemorate the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum’s 100th anniversary, USC Thornton School of Music alumni Ella Collier and Sam Vendig collaborated on “We Came to Bring the Fire” which was chosen out of numerous submissions for the stadium’s new official anthem.
Known as the home of the USC Trojans, who played the inaugural game at the Coliseum in 1923, the venue has also hosted many special events and music concerts over the years and come 2028 will be the only stadium in the world to have hosted three Olympic Games.
“We Came to Bring the Fire” premiered on Nov. 30 and is available now on multiple music platforms.
