Thousands of people descended upon San Diego this weekend for the annual Comic-Con International event.
While the major studios skipped the convention amid the ongoing writers’ and actors’ strikes, comic-book fans still showed up and embraced the opportunity to dress up as their favorite characters.
The Los Angeles Times' Tracy Brown was at Comic-Con and joined host Lisa McRee on "LA Times Today" with more on how the event handled the strikes.
