One of the joys of the new LA Times food section is the restaurant reviews by critics Patricia Escarcega and Bill Addison.

The reviews are now being featured on LA Times Today and the food looks so good you can practically taste it.

The first review is of some of the best pork tacos in town. Addison stopped by Carnitas El Momo a food truck in Boyle Heights that is turning the pork taco into an art form.

The tacos have been filling the stomachs of hungry Angelenos since the 1970s.
