When she first took oath in 2012, the Black community supported her.

Now, Lacey faces harsh criticism from members of organizations like Black Lives Matter LA who believe she has failed to hold police accountable for the deaths of Black people while in police custody. She opens up to Giselle in a candid conversation about the difficulties she's experiencing right now and that tense moment when her husband threatened protesters at their home with a gun.

Lacey also opens up about her faith and how it carries her through the tough times. While she is proud of her accomplishments, Lacey also understands the outcry on the streets and knows she must do more.
