From “Rocking Around the Christmas Tree” to “Frosty the Snowman,” music forms a big part of our Christmas celebrations.
It’s a universal language during the holiday season, so much so that Spanish speakers have a whole library of Christmas songs called villancicos.
This year the award-winning dance studio in Carson, Sabor de Mexico, is tapping into those classic Spanish Christmas carols for their holiday routines.
With dances to “Mi Burrito Sabanero” and “Sinaloa Navideña,” the dancers are learning and sharing these traditional songs with the next generations.
You can catch them performing at various holiday events around the South Bay.
