LOS ANGELES — It is Team Ruff versus Team Fluff in this year’s Puppy Bowl showdown and two LA pups, Sugar Lump and Rosella, will proudly represent the city in the televised event.  

The Puppy Bowl competition features puppies from shelters across the nation.

Now in its 19th year, previous Puppy Bowls boast a 100% adoption rate for participating pups, and they hope to continue that trend this year. 

The Puppy Bowl airs on Animal Planet on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 12 at 11 a.m. PST.
