LOS ANGELES — Hanukkah is the busiest time of year for Canter’s Deli.

The historic Jewish deli goes through thousands of potato latkes each night of Hanukkah.

Owner Marc Canter said that on any night during Hanukkah, the deli transforms into a place of celebration with tables full of families lighting menorahs and playing dreidel.
