LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles is a hub of business and creativity, and home to one of the highest rates of small businesses in the country.

According to the research firm Neilsberg, small businesses make up nearly almost 100% of all businesses in Los Angeles county, and most of those with less than 20 employees.

But Dina Feldman, a Long Beach food entrepreneur, is trying to help small food businesses get a jump start with her commercial kitchen space, Feel Good Salsa Kitchen.
