RANCHO PALOS VERDES, Calif. — Evacuation warnings are in place for hundreds of homes in Rancho Palos Verdes amid ongoing landslides.

More than 200 residents are without power and gas, as the land continues to move as much as one foot per week.

Residents in communities near the active landslides tell Spectrum News that they're worried their properties could be impacted next.
