LOS ANGELES — A pod of approximately 10 Eastern Tropical Pacific orcas was first spotted about two weeks ago around Long Beach and Newport Beach.

Tourists have been flocking to see the orcas, including off the coast near Dana Point, which has the most whale and dolphin-rich waters in the world.

David Anderson and his crew at Capt. Dave’s Dana Point Dolphin & Whale Watching Safari captured dramatic footage of the orcas attacking and killing dolphins. He says that in 28 years of operating his business, he has never seen this kind of whale behavior.
