EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Sean “Diddy” Combs has been denied bail and taken into custody after pleading not guilty in federal court to charges of racketeering, conspiracy and sex trafficking.

According to the indictment, Combs is accused of coercing women and sex workers into what he called “freakoffs,” or elaborate sex performances.
