EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — In 1989, Arsenio Hall became America's first Black late-night TV host.

The legendary comedian changed the game and even inspired Spectrum News' Kelvin Washington to get on the air.

Hall stopped by "Your Afternoon" to chop it up with Washington ahead of his headlining show Thursday at Hermosa Comedy & Magic Club.
