SAN DIEGO — SeaWorld San Diego is bringing nightmares to life at Howl-O-Scream, the park’s separately ticketed nighttime Halloween event for mature audiences. Some of the terrifying new additions include:
- Two new haunted houses, one new and one newly reimagined scare zone, and two new scAREAs
- An all-new heart-pounding marquee show, Darkness Falls
- Three new themed bars stationed throughout the event
Actress Kyra Moore portrays the Voodoo Queen at Howl-O-Scream.
“I hope [guests] are terrified. I hope they’re scared. I hope they cry a little bit,” Moore said. “I mean, it’s all in good fun. You come to a scare event to get scared, so I hope you’re scared.”
Howl-O-Scream returns to SeaWorld San Diego on select nights through Oct. 31.
Howl-O-Scream is intended for a mature audience. No costumes are allowed.
