SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — A new back-to-school shopping survey by WalletHub shows that 52% of parents say they will spend more on back-to-school shopping this year than last year.

Seventy-nine percent of parents believe schools ask them too much during back-to-school season.

And 86% of parents think the cost of education is out of control.
