Jeremy Lindenfeld is a multimedia journalist for Spectrum News 1. He enjoys reporting on a wide range of topics, from science to politics to religion and beyond.
Jeremy grew up in a Jewish and Latino household in Miami after having spent the first years of his life in Caracas, Venezuela. He attended the University of Chicago, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing and worked as a photojournalist for the school’s student-run newspaper, The Chicago Maroon. He also holds an M.S. in Journalism from the University of California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism.
Upon completing his graduate program in 2022, Jeremy spent a year working as a freelance photographer and journalist before accepting his current position at Spectrum News 1. His work has appeared in The Associated Press, Rolling Stone, Newsweek, Salon, Capital & Main, Religion News Service, and other publications across the country. In addition to photography and writing, he’s also skilled in videography and graphics production.
