Ariel Wesler is a self-proclaimed Valley Guy and rightly so -- he was born in Panorama City, grew up in Northridge, moved to Tarzana, and went to Taft High School in Woodland Hills. Believe it or not, Ariel is one of the few Californians who actually prefers delis to food trucks; however, his love of Disneyland is right on beat with the California Spirit.
Ariel is no stranger to local news. Over the past decade, he’s covered local communities across the west coast and has won an Emmy in the process. When it comes to national news, he has that under his belt, too. In 2008, Ariel was among the youngest local TV reporters in the country to cover both the Democratic and Republican National Conventions.
In his off time, Ariel can be found in the sky, working towards his goal of getting a pilot's license. When he’s grounded, you can find him cheering on the USC Trojans, checking out the local theatre scene or going for a hike on one of the many beautiful trails L.A. has to offer.
