One Orange County Supervisor is working to reduce a “silo effect” in his county, which he says has led to a duplication of services for those who may be homeless or in need of county resources.

Andrew Do has implemented a Director of Care Coordination, Susan Price, in an effort to increase communication and coordinate treatment between health care experts for those who are in need of services for opioid treatment, mental and behavioral health, suicide prevention and homelessness.
