LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. — Who couldn’t use a little help to get some grocery shopping done?
Some employees of a Los Alamitos Unified School District are getting some help checking off their shopping lists while helping student shoppers learn life skills.
The Adult Transition Program Instacart personal shopping service is a part of the district’s special education program for young adults ages 18 to 22.
ATP Instacart started with just district office staff members, but has expanded to include a middle and high school in the district.
