LOS ANGELES — Stanley Clarke, four-time Grammy Award-winning bassist, recording artist, and composer, is partnering with BroadStage in a three-year relationship as Artist in Residence.

Clarke’s residency includes working with students at Santa Monica College and Santa Monica High School, as well as performing and curating.

Rob Bailis of BroadStage says the residency will also culminate in an intergenerational jazz festival. 

Clarke is also marking his residency with a concert at the BroadStage with Grammy-winning pianist Hirmoi.
