LOS ANGELES — The Blue Economy and Climate Action Pathways, also know as BECAP, launches at an inaugural conference at Altasea at the Port of Los Angeles on April 19.

Industry and academic leaders will collaborate for workforce development in the emerging blue economy through a consortia of 13 colleges in Los Angeles.
