LOS ANGELES — AltaSea at the Port of Los Angeles has broken ground on a massive renovation to transform its 100-year-old warehouses into the nation's largest ocean tech hub.

The hub will be a place where research, education, workforce training and innovation exist under one roof for ocean-based solutions to climate change.

RCAM Technologies is one tenant at AltaSea working on 3D concrete printing for offshore wind infrastructure.
