With Thanksgiving now behind us and December just around the corner, you may be looking for the perfect Christmas tree.

The Spectrum News 1 Team has picked four of SoCal's most popular Christmas tree lots that will put you in the holiday spirit.

  • SoCal's weather in December can get chilly, but sunshine is usually abundant

If you're not sure where to buy a Christmas tree this season, here are a few popular spots.

#1 Mr. Jingle's Christmas Trees

Mr. Jingle's Christmas Trees is a second generation family-owned business specializing in selling Christmas Trees, operating at 13 tree lot locations nationwide! 

Here in SoCal, you can find Mr. Jingles at LA's Original Farmers Market, on Highland Avenue between the Hollywood Bowl and the Walk of Fame, Santa Monica, Torrance and Woodland Hills.  

They hand pick their Christmas trees from Oregon, Washington, North Carolina, Wisconsin and Canada.

#2: Tina's Trees 

Tina's Trees has been operating for 35 years in two locations: Sherman Oaks and Calabasas.

It's known for their great and wide selection of trees.

#3: Snowy Pines Christmas Trees

Snowy Pines is a family-owned business in Long Beach. 

Visitors describe it as a great place to walk around with the entire family because it offers a festival-like atmosphere with hot cocoa, popcorn and a carousel.

Christmas Tree House in Costa Mesa is a family operation, which has been in the tree business for about 80 years.

December is generally the coolest month in SoCal. Days can have sunshine or be mostly cloudy with rain.
