LOS ANGELES — The PlayLA Youth & Adaptaptive Youth Sports program had its very own Olympic opening ceremony in Westwood on Friday as the Paris games were kicking off in France.

The City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks has recieved funding from LA28 to provide free Olympic sports offerings for youth in LA. It’s all building up to the Los Angeles Olympic & Paralympic games coming in 2028.
